  • MarketFast provides market intelligence, not financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • All revenue figures and competitor estimates are directional approximations, not guarantees.
  • You must be 18 or older to use the platform.
  • Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are used, you can opt out via cookie settings.
  • Governing law is Wyoming, United States.

Ranwip LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates marketfast.online (the "Service"). Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MarketFast (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
  • The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Description of Service

MarketFast is a SaaS Idea Intelligence Platform that provides:

  • Curated SaaS idea reports backed by real market signals.
  • Competitor intelligence, demand signals, and MVP scope estimates.
  • Build / Validate / Skip recommendations to help founders make pre-build decisions.
  • Access to Ranwip LLC's services for founders who wish to build their idea.

The Service is not an idea generator, financial advisor, investment tool, or guaranteed-revenue forecast.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You register using your email address. A one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to verify your identity. No password is stored.

4.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • Notify us immediately at support@marketfast.online if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service without written permission.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product using our data, structure, or methodology.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any entity.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with platform operations.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on MarketFast, including idea intelligence reports, competitor summaries, platform structure, design, and methodology is owned by or licensed to Ranwip LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our content without written consent.

6.2 Third-Party Data

Some data references third-party sources from public competitor websites. We do not claim ownership of this data. It is attributed where possible and used for informational purposes.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any information you submit. By submitting, you grant Ranwip LLC a limited licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates the following third-party tools:

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All market intelligence on this platform including competitor MRR estimates, revenue ranges, and demand signals is:

  • Directional and approximate, not guaranteed or exact.
  • Clearly labelled as estimates on the platform.
  • Sourced from public data, third-party platforms, and AI-assisted analysis.

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You must conduct your own due diligence before making any business decision.

9. Ranwip Referrals

MarketFast may present CTAs to connect you with Ranwip LLC's services. Engaging with Ranwip is voluntary and governed by a separate agreement. MarketFast is not a marketplace and does not facilitate transactions between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ranwip LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Decisions made based on platform content, estimates, or recommendations.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranwip LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ranwip LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.

For EU/UK users: Nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring claims before your local courts under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
