1. Who We Are

MarketFast is a SaaS Idea Intelligence Platform operated by Ranwip LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. For any privacy-related inquiries, contact us at support@marketfast.online.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Data

When you register, we collect:

  • Email address: used to send your one-time passcode (OTP) and for account management.
  • No password is stored. Authentication is passwordless (Email + OTP only).

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on them.
  • SaaS ideas, competitors, and ad creatives you click on or save.
  • Clicks on CTAs, including Ranwip conversion buttons.
  • Device type, browser type, and approximate geographic region (country-level).
  • IP address (used for analytics and fraud prevention; not shared with advertisers).

2.3 Content You Save

If you are an authenticated user, we store your saved:

  • SaaS idea reports
  • Competitor profiles
  • Ad creatives

2.4 Analytics and Tracking Data

We use the following third-party tools that may set cookies and collect usage data:

  • Google Analytics: collects pseudonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, and user geography. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com).
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook): tracks user interactions to measure ad performance and may be used to show MarketFast ads on Meta platforms. Governed by Meta's Data Policy (facebook.com/policy).

2.5 Payment Data (Stripe)

If a paid tier is introduced, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information directly under its own Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).

2.6 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Passwords or biometric data.
  • Payment data on our own servers (handled entirely by Stripe).
  • Data from children under 13. The Service is not directed at minors.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Authenticate your account via OTP email.
  • Deliver personalised intelligence reports and saved content.
  • Analyse platform usage to improve features and decision tools (via Google Analytics).
  • Measure marketing effectiveness and run targeted advertising (via Meta Pixel).
  • Process payments securely (via Stripe, if applicable).
  • Communicate service updates or important account notices.

We do not use your data for undisclosed purposes or share it with advertisers beyond what is described in this policy.

  • Hosting & infrastructure providers: bound by data processing agreements.
  • Email delivery providers: used solely to send OTP codes and service emails.
  • Ranwip LLC staff: for platform operations, support, and product improvement.

5.2 We never:

  • Sell your personal data to data brokers or advertisers.
  • Share your data with third parties for their own independent marketing without your consent.

6. International Data Transfers

Ranwip LLC is based in the United States (Wyoming). Data may be processed by our third-party providers (Google, Meta, Stripe) in the US and other countries.

For EU/UK users, transfers are governed by:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with Google and Meta.
  • Stripe's EU-US data transfer mechanisms under applicable adequacy decisions or SCCs.

10. AI-Generated Content

MarketFast uses AI to summarise, structure, and connect market intelligence data. AI does not make automated decisions about you individually. All AI outputs are directional signals, clearly labelled as estimates, and should not be treated as definitive facts.

11. Children's Privacy

MarketFast is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately. Contact legal@ranwip.com if you believe a minor has registered.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
